Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of €20 is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of the appointment. Please note that refunds are not possible.
Payment Method
We accept cash payments only. If you wish to pay via payment request, an additional €10 administrative fee will apply.
Squeeze-In & VIP Appointments
For appointments scheduled from 5:00 PM onwards or last-minute squeeze-in requests, an additional surcharge of €20 will apply.

Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, an additional €10 fee will be charged.
Cancellation Due to Tardiness: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the full treatment amount must be paid to rebook.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full treatment, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-Show
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be permanently added to our blacklist, and future bookings will be declined.
Appointment Preparation
Refills: A refill can be performed if at least 40% of your existing eyelash extensions are still intact. If this is not the case, the treatment will be charged as a new set.
New Set Pricing: After 21 days, the full price for a new set will apply.
Makeup & Contact Lenses: Please arrive for your appointment without makeup and contact lenses. A €5 surcharge will be applied if you arrive with makeup.

Privacy
For the comfort of all clients, extra guests are not permitted in the salon during treatments.
Guarantee
We provide a 3-day guarantee on eyelash extensions. If an allergic reaction occurs, we will remove the extensions at no additional cost. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
